Executive Director, Global Sustainability & EHS
Aldo has 26 years of EHS and Sustainability experience in the Automotive Industry. He has worked as an Environmental Supervisor, Design for EHS Engineer and Manufacturing Technology Leader with Aptiv. He has driven the implementation of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 5001 as well as Aptiv’s behavior- based safety program. In the last years, he has been working with a global team to develop and implement Aptiv’s Safety and Sustainability strategy and a global operating system that is now fully implemented across the company. He is currently leading a team of experts in charge of Aptiv’s EHS and Sustainability program and he’s serving as Executive Director, Global Sustainability and EHS. He has a bachelor’s in chemical engineering with a minor in Environmental Engineering by the Chihuahua Tech and a master’s in science in Environmental Engineering by the University of Texas. In 2013 he was named “Safety Rising Star” by the National Safety Council. In 2018 he joined Rob Swan, Polar Explorer, and the Climate Force team on an expedition to Antarctica to inspire teams across the globe to act on climate change.

JESSICA KOURAKOS
VP, Investor Relations and ESG
Award-winning investor relations and corporate finance executive with significant Wall Street equity research sellside and buyside experience at companies including Goldman Sachs and UBS. Primary corporate liaison to sellside analysts and institutional investors on all matters pertaining to the business and its ESG initiatives. Corporate experience spans strategy, business development, sustainability/ESG, treasury, and FP&A. Differentiated understanding of capital markets in the US and Asia and extensive experience working with C-suite and board of directors.

KURTIS PETERS
ESG Senior Director & Controller
Kurtis has 17 years of experience in the Automotive Industry, comprised of nine years providing professional accounting, auditing and consulting services to automotive clients, six years leading Aptiv’s Americas internal audit team, and two years in sustainability finance. He previously held the role of Internal Audit Direct at Aptiv, and is currently the ESG Controller. Kurtis collaborates cross-functionally to bring investor grade ESG reporting to Aptiv, while also leading implementation of regulatory compliance. He has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting from Michigan State University.

CINDY NGUYEN-DANG
Senior Director, Customer Experience & Sustainability
Cindy is responsible for the strategic implementation of Aptiv’s Sustainability pillars including collaborating with business units, functions and the Sustainability team to enhance Aptiv’s Sustainability governance structure and ensure its integration into existing company frameworks. She drives the continued optimization of Aptiv’s organizational capabilities, processes and tools to enable the attainment of Sustainability goals, supporting the commitment to building a sustainable business that delivers long-term value to stakeholders. Cindy joined Aptiv in 2018 as the Advanced Safety and User Experience Business Unit Director for North American customers before transitioning to the commercial team as a Global Account Director, then moving over to design and scale the Customer Experience workstream in 2021. Prior to joining Aptiv, Cindy held multiple roles at Marelli and FCA giving her over 20 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of multiple automotive OEM global commercial and product creation processes. Cindy graduated Kettering University with a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.

Skilled in DMAIC, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Business Process Improvement, Cross-functional Team Leadership, and Six Sigma. Strong operations professional with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) focused in Mechanical Engineering from University of Birmingham. Previously served as Head of Opex and Quality at ABB, and as Chief of Operations at Philips.

- In 2023, SBTi approved Aptiv’s near-term science-based targets of reducing absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions 100% by 2030 and Scope 3 emissions by 47.4% (2021 baseline).
- On target to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions 25% by 2025 (2021 baseline).
- Powered 33% its operations with renewable electricity in 2023, achieving its 2025 target two years early.
- Solar projects at 14 sites worldwide currently generate more than 17 million kWh of electricity, eliminating nearly 9,800 tons of CO2e emissions.
- Completed ISO 500001 energy efficiency certification at four additional sites in 2023, bringing the total to eight to date.
- Process improvements and water-capture initiatives saved over 83 million liters of water in 2023.
- Aptiv’s products have helped eliminate 220 million tons of CO2 equivalent emissions.
- In 2023, had a 0% pay equity gap between male and female employees globally.
- 49% of employees were women globally, and 47% were ethnically diverse in the U.S. workforce in 2023.
