From 2014 to 2022, Kevin served as Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer of ATI, a producer of specialty materials, highly differentiated by our materials science expertise and advanced process techlogies. He coordinated ATI's global commercial and marketing strategies and led two international joint ventures. Previously he was President of Stoneridge, Inc.’s Wiring Division. At Alcoa, Kevin was responsible for organic growth globally as President of Growth Initiatives. For five years, he was President of Alcoa Wheels and Transportation Products. Kevin started his career at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where he worked in sales, marketing, as general manager, and as vice president of Original Equipment-Consumer Tires. Kevin serves on the boards of directors of CompX and Valhi. He is a member of the World Materials Forum Steering Committee and the Corporate Eco Forum’s Leadership Council. LAUREN MCANDREWSList Item 2
VP, Environmental Affairs & Sustainability & Assistant General Counsel
Lauren is responsible for providing legal advice on several subjects throughout ATI including environmental, health and safety compliance; remediation and litigation matters; energy agreements and rate cases; human resources issues including labor, employment and employee benefits; acquisitions and dispositions; and contracts and commercial disputes. Lauren works with management, employees, customers, and shareholders to address the organization’s approach to environmental responsibility and enacts and oversees the corporate sustainability strategy with the goal to minimize the company’s environmental impact. She also provides legal review of leases, deeds and real estate agreements and manages all real estate for ATI, including active and surplus properties. Lauren has been in her current role since 2016 and has been with ATI since 1997. Previously acted as Vice President, Labor Relations and Assistant General, Assistant General Counsel for Human Resources, Energy and Environmental, and Corporate Counsel. Lauren holds a B.A. from Ohio University and a JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar.

MICHAEL "MIKE" MCCAIG
Chief Procurement Officer & VP Strategic Sourcing
Michael (Mike) McCaig, joined ATI as the Chief Procurement Officer and Vice President – Strategic Sourcing. Mike has 30 years of experience with Dresser-Rand, a Siemens Company. Most recently, he held roles including Plant Manager, General Manager, Director, Global Supply Chain, and Director, Global Strategic Sourcing. Prior to Dresser-Rand, Mike worked for Ingersoll Rand, in two of its engineered products divisions. He has a B.S. in Business Management and Technology from the University of Maryland and is certified as a corporate trainer in Quality Management Systems from Ingersoll Rand and Situational Leadership from Dresser-Rand. Mike is married to wife Marie and has five children.

DAVID PAUL

Senior Leader of Supply Chain
David manages the flow of work-in-process inventory for specialty metals producer Allegheny Technologies Incorporated’s $1.2 billion-dollar, flagship facility known as the Hot Rolling and Processing Facility (HRPF). David has been on the HRPF team for five years and has held several other roles within Allegheny Technologies across four locations over the span of his eleven-year tenure with the company. During his career with Allegheny Technologies, David has focused on continuous improvement including safety and environmental opportunities, change management, and production efficiencies. David holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Vermont, and is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).

SHELLEY BIAS
VP, Internal Audit
Shelley currently serves as ATI’s Vice President, Internal Audit. With 20 years of experience in internal and external audit, risk management, finance and compliance, Shelley was the Director, Internal Audit at Audia Group, Vice President, Controller and Vice President, Internal Audit & Compliance at Education Management Corporation (EDMC) before joining ATI. Previously, she also held positions at Alcoa and PwC. Shelley is a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Global Management Accountant, and Certified Fraud Examiner.

Highlights
- Reduced energy by 14.7% and Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 45% since 2018.
- Recycled more than 7 billion gallons of water by manufacturing facilities in 2022.
- Total freshwater usage declined 3.6 gallons in 2022 compared to 2018.
- Recycled 128,800 tons of materials in 2022.
- Used more than 120,000 tons of recycled materials in production (73% of all feedstock).
- In 2022, replaced argon recapture units in two locations, achieving a 90% recapture efficiency.
- 18 of 34 operating facilities, including manufacturing and service centers had obtained ISO 14001 certification of their environmental management programs.
- Published its first standalone Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) report in 2022.
- 43% of new hires in 2022 were diverse, an increase of 4% over 2021.
