Director of Sustainability
Matt leads the sustainability efforts at Enterprise Mobility where he is accountable for developing and implementing EM’s ESG goals, overall sustainability strategy, ESG compliance approach and ESG data monitoring and reporting. Working closely with the business, the team works to inform, educate and assist in building and developing organizational capabilities around sustainability and works purposefully to influence organizational transformation, promoting and reinforcing environmental and social cultural change. Matt has been with EM since early 2023. Prior to working with EM, he spent 20+ years in the automotive manufacturing sector as a global EHS and sustainability leader. Matt has a BS in biology, an MS in environmental management, an MBA in operations management and is working on an MS in environmental law. He is also a CHMM, CSP and lean six sigma black belt. He lives on a small farm in Illinois with his wife and daughter.

ABIGAEL MORELAND
Sustainability Manager
Abby is from St. Louis, MO and has been with Enterprise Mobility for 10 years. She has had the opportunity to fill multiple roles including rental cars when she first started at the company. From there, she was able to gain experience in Product Management where she created new rental applications, enhanced existing software to improve field operations as well as support insurers and body shops. Abby is new in her role with Sustainability but in the last 9 months has been able to take her personal passion for ESG and apply it to her job.

KAMREN KNIOLA
Sustainability Communications Manager
Kamren is a seasoned strategist and multifaceted creative with over 20 years of experience in communications, marketing, branding, and design, with a specialization in sustainability and philanthropy. At Enterprise Mobility, Kamren spearheads communications initiatives that showcase the company’s social and environmental impact through ESG reporting, external media, internal communications, and executive thought leadership. Throughout her career, Kamren has managed communications, branding, and multi-channel marketing campaigns for diverse clients, ranging from global nonprofits, sustainability- focused seed accelerators, and SMBs in the tech, financial, and private sectors. She holds several sustainable certifications and is deeply committed to bridging the intersections between branding, sustainability, and social impact to enhance business strategy.

Highlights
- Reduced Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 6% over FY22.
- The Commute with Enterprise program removed the equivalent of 49,000+ vehicles off the road in FY23 (up from 45,000 in FY22), reducing 405,000 metric tons of CO2 equivalent.
- Partnered with Domino’s in the U.S., creating the largest electric pizza delivery fleet in the country with 1,100 vehicles.
- Offset 29,818 metric tons of CO2 in FY23 through its partnership with Terrapass.
- Saved an annual 250,000 liters of water in branches after installing closed-loop water recycling systems in Germany in FY23.
- Worked with partners to recycle 1,526 tons of auto glass from windshields in the U.S., and 5,467 tons of material from spent tires in North America.
- Surpassed its goal of over $5 billion in spending with small and diverse suppliers worldwide in FY23.
- Saw a 103% increase in participation in the “My Purpose. My Time.” Program in FY223, which provides employees with additional paid time off for volunteerism.
