JENNIFER CURLEY
VP, Sourcing COE Leader
Jen serves as the Executive of the Sourcing Functional Center of Excellence at GE HealthCare, bringing more than 20 years of experience in engineering and procurement roles at global healthcare companies. She currently leads GE HealthCare’s COE team focused on process & technology, responsible sourcing, supplier risk resiliency and sourcing compliance. Previously, Jen worked at Johnson & Johnson and led the Procurement Citizenship team focused on supplier diversity & inclusion and supplier sustainability. In that role, Jen was responsible for developing and executing business strategies and solutions for the Johnson and Johnson enterprise that minimized risk and enhanced Johnson and Johnson’s reputation through a vast network of suppliers. Jen earned her Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Bucknell University and a Master of Biotechnology from the University of Pennsylvania.

KELVIN SANBORN
Head of ESG
Kelvin leads a cross-functional team to develop and execute the sustainability strategy. Prior to this role, Kelvin was responsible the strategy and deployment of EHS programs across GE HealthCare. He also spent 5 years at GE Corporate and 10 years at GE Aviation in EHS roles in the supply chain and services organizations. Kelvin is a graduate of Tufts University with a degree in environmental engineering. He is on the Board of Directors of the National Association of EHS & Sustainability Managers.

TATIANA HUET DE BACELLAR
ESG Reporting Leader
Tatiana career in the manufacturing industry allows her to provide true experience of the challenges and share best practices that can resonate with any organization as they start their sustainable journey. Tatiana is currently pursuing a Masters in Sustainability Management, focusing on Renewable Energy and Decarbonization while also working on the ESG Team at GE HealthCare.

LEM-MARIE CHIZUNGU
Environmentally Conscious Design Leader
LC is the Environmentally Conscious Design (ECD) Leader within the Hardware Excellence and Services organization in GE Healthcare. She is leading the ECD efforts and working with product teams in the development of environmentally sustainable products for GE Healthcare globally. She also leads the development of Lean standard workflows in ECD activities that meet the environmental requirements from customers and regulators. LC has extensive experience with large US manufacturers that includes translating Scope 3 emissions reduction, data strategy, energy efficiency and regulatory reporting into strategic positioning and continuous improvement. She received her MBA from Yale University and currently lives in the Washington, D.C. area.

- Reduced absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 23% (2022 baseline).
- Achieved SBTi validation for emissions reduction goals in 2024, including reaching Net Zero across the value chain by 2050 and reducing Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 42% by 2030 (2022 baseline).
- Increased renewable energy to 27% in 2024, through a mix of on-site generation, purchases, and renewable energy certificates.
- Recovered 8,050 imaging, ultrasound, and surgery machines leading to 7.8 million kg of reused and recycled material.
- Engaged 70% of largest suppliers (by spend) to drive progress toward shared sustainability goals.
- Conducted Biodiversity Risk and Opportunity assessments at 10 manufacturing sites in 2024 and identified 65 opportunities to improve biodiversity management activities.
- Maintained pay equity globally for men and women, and for racially and ethnically diverse colleagues in the U.S. (with pay within 1% of each other).
- Increased women in leadership positions globally from 36% in 2023 to 37.7% in 2024, and
increased racially and ethnically diverse leadership in the U.S. from 24.8% in 2023 to 27.6% in 2024.
