Chief Compliance and ESG Officer
Meagan has over 15 years of senior experience with premier global corporations and law firms, has responsibility for the ethics and compliance and ESG infrastructure of GXO’s operations worldwide. Prior to GXO, she served as Chief Compliance Officer and Assistant General Counsel for Revlon, Inc., and as Senior Compliance Counsel for the Colgate-Palmolive Company. Earlier, she was an Attorney with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, and with Williams & Conlly LLP.

KARLIS KIRSIS
Chief Legal Officer
Karlis leads GXO’s legal and compliance functions, including corporate governance, litigation and commercial matters. He previously served as European Chief Legal Officer for XPO Logistics, where he held earlier positions as Senior Vice president, Corporate Counsel, and as Vice President, Corporate and Securities Counsel. Kirsis spent 10 years as a Senior Corporate Associate in New York and London for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he executed global M&A and corporate finance transactions. He holds a juris doctorate from New York University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Amherst College.

WENDY BAGNASCO
Director of ESG
ESG professional focused on the intersection of social and environmental sustainability; behavior change; regional resiliency; and sustainable development. Experience in stakeholder engagement, strategy development, and project management. Bilingual in English and Spanish with professional proficiency in French. Graduate of the Bren School of Environmental Science and Management.

- Diverted 81.9% of global waste in 2023, surpassing its 2025 target of 80% two years early.
- In a dedicated fashion returns processing facility in Poland, processed 48 million returned items in 2023, with 96% being returned to stock, with additional repair and rejuvenation work on 7 million items to give these items a second life.
- In 2023, women made up 36% of the global workforce and people of racially/ethnically diverse backgrounds made up 66% of the U.S. workforce.
