PAGE MOTESList Item 1
VP, Chief Compliance and Sustainability Officer
Page is focused on crafting and driving corporate sustainability and social good strategy to ensure a positive impact on people and our planet. I work across the entire value chain to ensure that we’re aligned on both expectations and opportunities-then implement, advance and report on our progress. Over my career I’ve learned the importance of balancing our qualitative and quantitative needs and goals. There are challenges facing these efforts, but the key to making positive change is to consider both what we want to happen and the structures that we currently have (and need to create) to execute on those goals. I’m committed to ensuring goals are not just empty promises but become guiding principles which help to drive business success and are a force for good in our communities. I’m also a member (and former board member) of the Young Men’s Service League (YMSL) Austin Hill Country Chapter, which engages high school boys to develop a heart for service in their communities in partnership with their moms. I’ve seen the impact it has had through my own involvement with my sons and I'm passionate about sharing this experience with others.
