Highlights

• Reduced Scope 1 and 2 emissions 38% from 2023, and reduced the carbon intensity of operations 91% compared to 2017.
• In 2024, reduced Scope 3 emissions footprint 16.5% (on an intensity basis by revenue) compared to 2023.
• Maintained annual sourcing of 100% renewable electricity across stores, offices, and manufacturing and distribution facilities.
• Set near-term climate targets, validated by SBTi in March 2025.
• Completed a nature assessment to better understand impacts on freshwater and terrestrial ecosystems along the company’s value chain.
• Approximately 40% of net sales came from products that incorporate some recycled materials in 2024, up from 34% in 2023.
• Launched a circular suitcase, incorporating recycled suitcases in the shell.
• Developed efforts to increase: the use of recycled materials for each region; repairability; traceability of suppliers; and product end-of-life take back programs.
• In 2024, the share of women at director level and above was 36%, and the share of women at manager and above level was 48%.

2024

Committed to continue to use 100% renewable electricity in its own operations (first achieved in 2023), as well as reduce Scope 3 emissions from purchased goods and services 52% by 2030 (on an intensity basis per unit gross profit from a 2022 baseline) by increasing recycled materials used in its products. Almost 80% of the company’s total emissions come from purchased goods and services. (Nov 2024)
