Highlights


  • Decreased Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 39% (baseline 2023) and reduced Scope 3 emissions 19% (on an intensity basis measuring by products sold from 2022 to 2024).
  • Maintained usage of 100% renewable electricity in owned and operated retail stores.
  • Approximately 40% of net sales came from products that contain some recycled materials.
  • Finalized its Sustainable Materials Guidance in 2025, laying out sustainability criteria for key materials, and will pilot it with selected suppliers in early 2026.
  • Launched its first suitcase incorporating bio-circular materials derived from waste from biological origin (e.g. used cooking oil), with 65% of the Proxis Circular suitcase being made of bio-circular and recycled materials (by weight).
  • Developed a global Repair Vision for 2030 and introduced repairable components for its Paralux collection, enabling customers to replace wheels and pull-handles at home.
  • Launched its first Digital Product Passports for two luggage collections, providing transparency on material origins, recycled materials, repairability, and end of life options.
  • Women represented 52% of the company’s workforce and 37% at the director level and above in 2025.

2024

Committed to continue to use 100% renewable electricity in its own operations (first achieved in 2023), as well as reduce Scope 3 emissions from purchased goods and services 52% by 2030 (on an intensity basis per unit gross profit from a 2022 baseline) by increasing recycled materials used in its products. Almost 80% of the company’s total emissions come from purchased goods and services. (Nov 2024)
