  • Achieved a 38% reduction in GHG from scope 1 and 2 compared to the 2017 baseline. Decreased Scope 3 emissions by 14% YoY from 2022 and by 2.4% since 2017.
  • Procured 66% of electricity from renewable sources surpassing interim milestones.
  • 71% of suppliers by spend (734 suppliers) have set science-based scope 1 and 2 targets, up from 52% in 2022.

  • Awarded as a Top Scorer designation in the 2023 Wood Furniture Scorecard, a joint initiative by The Sustainable Furnishings Council (SFC) and the National Wildlife Federation (NWF) that assesses North American furniture retailers on their wood sourcing policies.
  • Recognized by ENERGY STAR as a Partner of the Year in 2024, for the ninth straight year.
