Achieve a 50% water recycling rate across its manufacturing facilities (23% as of 2021).

Become carbon neutral.
Reduce absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions 50%; 2019 baseline.
Divert 100% of waste from landfill across its manufacturing facilities (82% as of 2021).

Highlights

Achieved a 7.2% decrease in absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions and a 37% decrease in Scope 1 and 2 emissions intensity by revenue (2019 baseline).
Disclosed full Scope 3 emissions for the first time in 2022.
54% of electricity used at manufacturing facilities came from renewables in 2022.
Green revenue made up about 30% of total revenue in FY22, increasing approximately 34% from FY21. Roughly 30% of R&D was green in FY22 as well.
Achieved 90% waste reduction at manufacturing facilities.
Recycled 25% of water in manufacturing facilities in 2022, reduced water intensity by 28% since 2019, and set a new goal to achieve a 50% reduction in total water withdrawal normalized to fab production output by 2027.
As part of its risk management process, the company will undertake climate scenario planning in 2023 aligned with the Task Force on Climate Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).
In 2022, 25% of managers globally were female, supporting the company’s goal of increasing the global female manager population to 29% by 2026.
