VP, EHS and Sustainability
Heather leads the organization responsible for setting policy and developing programs that support the corporation’s commitments to provide a safe and healthful working environment, to operate in a manner that conserves natural resources, and to provide for the long-term stewardship of our environmental, social and financial capital. The integrated organization includes Environment, Safety and Health (ESH), Health and Wellness, and Sustainability programs. Heather provides leadership of the governance structures, common processes and tools used to execute ESG and ESH programs, monitor relevant emerging regulatory and legislative issues, develop initiatives to improve corporate-wide sustainability and ESH performance, and communicate our commitments and performance to internal and external stakeholders. Heather has over 25 years of technical experience in developing facility and enterprise risk management and compliance programs, certifications to voluntary international management systems standards, and implementing operating excellence performance improvements. Heather currently serves on the Board of Directors for the International Aerospace Environmental Group. Heather completed the Yale School of Management’s Sustainability as a Strategic Business Enabler Program and is a certified six sigma black belt.
Director, Sustainability
Emily leads a broadened team that brings together Lockheed Martin’s sustainability programs; environmental stewardship initiatives; monitoring of emerging regulatory issues; implementation of digital transformation-aligned common tools; and disclosures and reporting of our sustainability and environment, safety and health commitments and performance to public stakeholders. Emily has over 17 years of experience in the fields of environmental compliance, environmental management systems, sustainability, and climate change, and has spent 13 of those years at Lockheed Martin. Prior to Lockheed Martin, Emily worked for URS Corporation in Herndon, Virginia, where she led remediation projects and environmental compliance assessment teams primarily supporting the Department of Defense. A Maryland native, Emily attended Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science. She also earned a Masters in Natural Resources from the Virginia Tech Center for Leadership in Global Sustainability.

Smart Buildings & Energy Analytics Lead
Devan is a Licensed Professional Engineer and leads the Smart Buildings Team at Lockheed Martin, responsible for the implementation of data analytics software to perform fault detection & diagnostics, energy anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance. Devan was named to the GreenBiz 30 Under 30 and presented a TEDx Talk on the "Extinction of Sustainability." Devan is a graduate of Lockheed Martin’s Engineering Leadership Development Program, and has also led efforts to develop the business case and execution of on-site renewable energy and energy efficiency projects to drive affordability and support corporate sustainability initiatives. She is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), LEED AP O+M, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Devan holds a Master of Engineering degree in Sustainable Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Binghamton University.

which aims to decarbonize the industrial sector. Over 250
manufacturers and water utilities
have participated in the program and
cumulatively saved $9.3 billion in energy costs and over 1.9 quadrillion BTUs of energy—more energy than Wisconsin uses annually. Program partners include CEF members
3M, Dow, Ford, General Electric, General Motors, International Paper, Johnson & Johnson, Lockheed Martin, PepsiCo, Procter & Gamble,
and Schneider Electric.
